5. Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of www.motork.ai, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for www.motork.ai:

  1. Anchor elements (links): Anchor element found with a valid href attribute, but no link content has been supplied. because Some links were created without visible or textual content, making them unreadable by assistive technologies. We are reviewing all anchor elements and ensuring each contains visible text or an appropriate aria-label. Please report any links that appear empty or non-functional. These will be prioritized for correction.

  2. Text contrast in buttons and labels: Some text elements do not meet the required contrast ratio of 4.5:1, making them harder to read for users with visual impairments. because Certain design color combinations did not pass WCAG 2.1 AA contrast thresholds. We are adjusting color schemes and contrast settings across all components to meet accessibility standards. You can enable high-contrast mode using the OneTap accessibility widget, or use your browser’s contrast settings.

  3. Image elements with role=“button”: Some images used as interactive buttons do not have accessible names, making them unusable by screen readers. because These elements are missing alt text, aria-label, or aria-labelledby attributes. We are assigning descriptive aria-labels or meaningful alt attributes to all interactive image elements. If you rely on a screen reader, the OneTap widget may offer basic support. Otherwise, please report any interactive elements that seem unclear or unlabelled.

  4. Duplicate element IDs: Duplicate id attributes were found in the HTML structure, which can confuse assistive technologies. because The same ID was inadvertently used more than once on the page. We are reviewing and updating the page’s HTML to ensure all IDs are unique and follow semantic structure. Avoid relying on repetitive interactive elements and report any unexpected navigation issues.

  5. Form fields: Some form fields are not properly labeled, making them inaccessible to users relying on screen readers. because Labels or accessible names (aria-label, aria-labelledby) were not applied to certain input fields. We are auditing all forms and ensuring every input field has a visible label or programmatically associated description. If a form is unclear or unusable, please contact support or use the feedback option to report the issue. The widget does not resolve this issue.
